Returns & Exchanges  
 
 You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return.  

*Conditions: 
✔ Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.  
✔ Proof of purchase (order number) required.  
❌ No returns on sale items or gift cards.                                                                            ✔ The video must also be recorded  

How to Return:

. Once received, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?  
A: whatsapp us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll replace it.   

Q: How will I get my refund?  
A: Original payment method. Credit card refunds take 3-5 business days to appear.
